Redevelopment of the Mayville Community Centre

The principle objectives for the redevelopment are:
- Make the centre accessible and DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant
- Increase service provision and facilities in the neighbourhood by redesigning the spatial elements of the building to increase the usable space
- Reduce the energy consumption of the centre and its carbon footprint by introducing renewable systems within the Passivhaus standards and principles.
