Raising the Funds

The Energy Saving Trust’s Low Building Carbon Programme, MCP is the only voluntary organisation charitable organisation to receive a grant from the fund

Islington Council’s Climate Change Fund, because of the quality of design MCP was awarded the largest grant from the fund and this scheme will used as an exemplar

Big Lottery Fund’s Community Building Fund, the fund has a two stage process. In the first round 1500 plus applications were received and only 125 were allowed to progress to the 2nd stage. MCP is 1 of only 4 organisations in London to have been selected to make a 2nd stage application; we expect to hear the outcome of this application in late 2008.
